Husband and Wife Reciprical Wills
Two nearly identical wills. Husband and wife leave everything to each other.
If both die, specific gifts of collections and special personal items are given to named
individuals. The remainder of estate assets are given to the children in equal shares as the
children desire. One child is a minor, an older teenager, a guardian for minor's person and estate
is named but no trust is established for minor's benefit as the value of the estate is
relatively small. Reference is made to burial plots
and funeral instructions with a local cemetery. If a child predeceases the surviving parent,
that child's interest is held in trust for that child's children with the executor acting
as trustor.
