- Marital Settlement Agreement
- Written agreement between husband and wife settling legal issues in a dissolution
of marriage proceeding. Includes required statutory information, child custody,
visitation, and support clauses, asset and debt division, tax return plan, and
standard contract clauses. This version waives spousal support permanently, H&W
share joint legal and physical custody of two children with kids living with mom
during school year, rest of the time is shared. Must be modified to fit each
marital situation. Present to court for approval and to become part of judgment.
- Cohabitation and Property Agreement
- Agreement between two parties living together with no intention of getting
married. This agreement provides that currently owned assets remain the property
of each individual but future income and acquisitions will be jointly owned.
